Become Healthier and Slimmer with This 3-Day Sugar Detox

Most of the weight we gain is as a result of eating fats, carbs, and sugars. Sugar consumption in moderate ways is not risky, however, if you consume a lot of sodas, cereals, juices, salad dressings, and candies, well, that might be a problem.

Bananas, organic juices, honey, and mangos contain healthy sugars. In case your body faces sugar overdose, it will manifest certain symptoms such as depression, fatigue, yeasts, hyperactivity, headaches, drowsiness, sinus issues, colds, mental dizziness, diabetes, and even cancer.

Is weight gain linked to sugar?

The sugar we eat is transformed into energy. The rest is preserved by the body as fat. Natural sugars differ from added sugar, which gets in the intestines and gut bacteria and produces, even more, blood sugar, which is then stored in waist, hips, and thighs.

No to sugar

Quitting sugar is not easy, but is possible. This process might provoke sadness, headaches, cravings, and fatigue. This happens after a meal when the body is full, yet it still signals the brain for hunger. But, in fact, it craves for sugar. To quit sugar, start with removing one sugar at a time.
