In order to prepare this tea, use fresh or dried oregano leaves. If you use fresh oregano, in 2 cups of boiling water add ½ tsp. of the leaves. If you use dried leaves, in 2 cups of water add 1 tbsp. of dried leaves. First chop the leaves and put them in 2 cups. Then, boil some water and pour it over them. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain the liquid.
