1 tbsp. of Thyme
1 tbsp. of Salvia
1 tbsp. of mint
1 tbsp. of rosemary
Put the herbs into the water and let them boil for 5 minutes. Then, remove them from the heat. Let it stay for about 15 minutes and then strain it. Next, store it in the fridge. Optionally, you can add some honey. Drink 1 cup of it two times on a daily basis, once on an empty stomach in the morning, and before going to bed. The pain will be reduced significantly after a week.
